Due Diligence
As part of a due diligence site assessment, we undertake a desk study (including walkover survey), the design and procurement of site investigation works, subsequent site supervision, the interpretation of acquired site data and due diligence reporting for infrastructure, private developments and energy projects.
The due diligence report provides a framework document for the site conditions and the suitability of the site for the proposed project.
